How does shopping at Changes With Style-Consignment work?

Changes With Style-Consignment functions very much in the same way as other on-line stores. Chose the gender and size of clothing you wish to buy, and all items in that range will come up for you. Click on each thumbnail for more images of the item and more detailed information. If you decide you want to buy the item, simply click on the "Add to Cart" button, and the item will be transferred to your shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, simply go to your shopping cart and follow the directions for easy and secure checkout!

What type of payment do you accept?

Changes With Style-Consignment accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX. We also accept e-check thru PayPal.

Who sets the prices for the items?

I have a great amount of experience in the retail and wholesale and pricing your items accurately and fairly will allow you to get the best price available

What are the shipping policies?

Local delivery (within the Ottawa region) will require an additional $4.75 cost to your total purchase price, but pick-up is free of charge. For all other shipping costs within Canada, the rates are as follows:

How often is new inventory added?

New items will be added to our inventory regularly. Our selections change daily so be sure to bookmark us and check back often for new items.

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of receipt. The price of the items (minus shipping costs and any insurance) will be credited to your account. Please note that we do not pay for return shipping. Returned items must be in the same condition and have any store tags attached(if any). Credit will be applied to the credit card that you used for the initial purchase. If this is not possible, we can either exchange your item or issue you store credit.

What is the privacy policy?

Changes With Style-Consignment uses the information you provide for our purposes only. We take our customer's privacy very seriously. We DO NOT sell or share your information with anyone. If you sign up for our mailing list you will receive periodic e-mails informing you of sales, new inventory, or changes to the site.
